Shipping Policy

This shipping policy states the responsibility and regulations between the seller (VAGPWR) and you (the customer).

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Covid-19  and the holiday season may cause delays in terms of delivery time.

Your order may be subject to import duties, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VAGPWR AS is not responsible for any charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Not available.

Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery to P.O Boxes in Norway because Post Nord do not offer this service.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you wish to return and item for exchange or get your money back please Email us at and we will send you a "Right of withdrawal form" for you to fill out and email back to us or with the returned item(s).

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

When returning an item for exchange, you (the customer), is responsible for shipping the item back to VAGPWR AS, and to cover the costs of shipping both to and from VAGPWR. You can choose to organise the return shipment yourself or ask for us to register a return drop off on your behalf. When we have received the item, we will message you and send you an invoice for shipping before shipping the exchanged item to your address.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Illustrations/ prints
  • Custom orders

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, ex.g. wrong address 
- Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We replace items if they are defective or damaged and are responsible for the costs of shipping in that case. If you wish to exchange an item due to wrong size and/ or colour - the costs of shipping is on you (the customer), send us an email at and send your item to:

There are two options for returning an item:

Option 1.

You (the customer) can return the item to VAGPWR with your choice of shipping company. When we have received and checked the returned item, we will send the item in wanted size/ colour. When using this option we will only invoice you (the customer) for the costs of shipping back to your address.

Option 2.

VAGPWR (the seller) will organise a return on your behalf. A Return Shipping label will be sent to your email. Please pack the item carefully and print/ attach the shipping label on the package. When we have received and checked the returned item, we will send you the item in wanted size/ colour. When using this option you will be invoiced for the costs of shipping to and from VAGPWR.

Costs of shipping for return/ exchange

The costs of returning and or exchanging an item will depend on the size of the item and the option chosen to do so. Weight and size may have an effect on the costs of shipping. We aim to be as transparent as possible and will provide you with an estimate of shipping costs when we know which option you wish to use.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged product

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible (maximum 10 days after delivery) at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
