Shipping, Exchange and Return

The following states the responsibility and regulations between VAGPWR (the seller) and you (the customer).



All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order is shipped. 

*Holiday season may cause delays in terms of delivery time.

Bring - Mailbox delivery - 2 to 6 working days - 49NOK

Bring - Delivery to service point - 1 to 4 working days - 149NOK

(Orders above NOK 1200,- Free shipping)


International Shipping - We are currently not shipping out of Norway.


How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification, with the tracking number of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How do I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange an item you have purchased from VAGPWR, you can do this by returning the unwanted item to us and placing a new order for the desired item in our online store.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send an item back and receive a different size automatically.

When we receive the return package, the purchase amount will be refunded. It is up to you whether you want to wait for the refund before placing a new order. We would like to make you aware that the item may be sold out.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged and are responsible for the costs of shipping in that case. 


14 days right of return

If you are not satisfied with your items, please return them to us. The address can be found at the bottom of the page. All goods, including sales goods (applies only to online shopping), can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. We only accept returns of unused goods, and the products must not be soiled in any way. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Illustrations/ prints
  • stickers
  • Custom orders


How will I be refunded on return?

As soon as your return has arrived and been approved at our warehouse, the money for the returned goods will be refunded to you. It can take up to five working days (Monday to Friday) from when we refund the amount until you see it in your account.

We remind you that it can take up to three weeks from the time you hand in a return package until we receive it.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If an item is defective/damaged, please send us an email to It is important that it is well specified what the defect is, so that we can give you feedback more quickly and help you solve the problem. Please send a picture of the products error.


Remember to pick up your package!

Returns from service point Orders needs to be picked up from service point within 7 days to avoid return!

VAGPWR AS are not responsible for orders that are returned due to not being picked up by you (the customer).

Orders sent to Service points for pickup will be returned to the sender (VAGPWR AS) if you (the customer), do not pick up the package within 7 days. 

Orders returned by Bring/posten: If you do not pick up the order at the Bring/Posten service point within 7 days, the order will automatically be returned to the sender (VAGPWR AS). You (the customer), is responsible for the cost of shipping the order to your address/ pick up point again.

For pick up at service point with Bring/Posten the cost of shipping is NOK 149,-. Meaning that if you do not pick up your order within the 7 days, you will have to pay NOK 149,- for shipment and any costs related to the return of the order.

Payment will be in form of invoice or Vipps (for Norwegian customers).

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Damaged product

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible (maximum 10 days after delivery) at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
