What’s the delivery time?

-All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days + the shipping time of 2-6 business days. (We ship ones a week.) POD Products takes a bit longer 7 to 10 business days. What is POD products? 

*Holiday season may cause delays in terms of delivery time.

 

I did not get everything I ordered!

-Do not worry, some of our products get shipped from another location (POD products), they take a bit longer to arrive.

 

Where do you ship?

-For now only Norway, but we are working on shipping out of Norway soon!

 

How do I return something?

-If you are not satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return them.

 

How do I exchange an item?

-We do not do an exchange but you can returning the unwanted item to us and then make a new order for the desired item in our online store. As soon as we get the unwanted item we will cash out the money back to you.

 

You will not ship to my address in Norway

-We have a minimum order of 199NOK, so if its under that you will not be able to order.
